I don’t make it there as often as I would like because they’re farther away from my house than I like to drive. But always good food. Fast drive thru service. And lots of delicious food for the price.

Another chain I’ve missed from being up north too long! I’d not tried the Cuban sandwich before and it was quite good. The yuca fries are different from what I remember (nuggets instead of strips) but still great. If you’re going through the drive thru, it’s gonna be sloooooow but I was expecting that. The food is worth the wait!

This is the BEST pollo tropical I’ve been too. The food was perfect the yuka bites are delicious the workers were amazing very sweet and the manager is a very nice person , I definitely recommend you coming everything is just amazing about this pollo tropical

I’ve been coming to this Pollo Tropical for the past two days, and I can honestly say the service has been excellent. Fast, friendly, and efficient. But I have to give a special shout-out to Gabriela — 10 stars for her without a doubt! She was incredibly kind and helpful. Amazing customer service like that makes all the difference. Thank you!

I don’t know how this restaurant got a 3.6 but ong they advance, the chicken is yummy asf , the rice soft and the beans well done ! I never miss a good family meal , or a tropi with everything in it ouuuu Lala ! Ohhh yaaa go right now .

Not far from the convention center Pollo Tropical stood out as my group was from Mexico and Texas. Tried the chicken sandwich, rice and black beans. Everything was great. Sandwich was crispy as I like them. Black beans for the first time. Delicious staff were very attentive and friendly. Recommend Returned a year later. Made a large order purchase. Cuban , Chicken sandwiches and salads. The group at the convention center loved it. Will return before we leave Florida. again!

We absolutely love the food at Pollo Tropical and this location did not disappoint us! Fresh & great tasting food and good service even though we went during lunch time on a weekday it was completely packed and drive-tru had cars for days .lol they took care of us in a timely manner!
